Park up and enjoy a cycle ride along the Steam Coast Trail or walk the Coastal Path or just have a great day out on the beach. The Kingfisher kiosk is open between March and November (weather permitting) for ice cream, drinks, and snacks.

Chalet 256. Seas the Moment
Recently renovated in 2019 to a high standard this charming lakeside chalet overlooks the nature reserve at the peaceful Dunster Beach site.The long sandy beach less than a one-minute walk away. Overlooking the tranquil nature reserve, just metres from the beach, Salad Days catches the all day sun. It is just a short drive to medieval Dunster with its stunning castle and restaurants.
The accommodation offers: underfloor heating, en-suite shower, king size bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge etc. lounge with TV and dining area, front and back fenced gardens with seating and parasol, sun loungers, and dog bowls.
Salad Days is the ideal base to explore Exmoor and the Quantock Hills and is perfect for stargazing and birdwatching. We are dog friendly and do not charge for your dog (up to two) staying with us.
Number 263. Dunster Beach
Number 263 Dunster Beach is a relaxed chalet that sleeps up to four people. The chalet has been fully refurbished inside and out and includes a shower room.
To the front of the chalet is a small fenced garden with seating and sea views. To the rear of the chalet there is a small fenced garden with seating overlooking Hawn Lake (the lake is fully enclosed). The rear of the property gets the sun for most of the day. There is dedicated off road parking to the side of the chalet.

Skimbleshanks is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxurious double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette and log burner.
